Waste not want not. That’s what we were thinking when we created this minimalistic packaging solution for an organic composting bin. We employed the bin’s handle to serve as both the packaging handle and the ship-ready handle. The simple yet playful and communicative cardboard cylinder is closed using two tight-fitting foam covers that seal the whole thing up without any glue or fixatives. And the tube is printed in two colours using direct silk print technology, so there’s no additional labelling required, either.
The product received a Red Dot 2019.
